Carbon and stainless steel strip
Paturle Aciers offers carbon and stainless steel strip in hardened and quenched condition, for applications such as compressor flapper valves, shock absorber valve discs, coater and creping blades, microsurgical blades, to name a few. Additionally, Paturle Aciers also offers coated carbon and stainless steels.
Hardened and tempered carbon and stainless steel
In hardened and tempered condition, Paturle Aciers offers very high tensile strength carbon steel strip. These carbon steel strip products, like CP-Flex3 and CP-Flex25 are used in very demanding applications like valve reeds for compressors and automotive applications.
Paturle Aciers’ hardened and tempered stainless steel strip products in grades like 1.4419 and 1.4028, to name a few, are immaculately crafted steels that are used in some of the most demanding applications. . Some of these steel strip products, like the S-Flex3 and S-Flex25 , are Molybdenum steels and are used in applications which require high resistance to fatigue as well as outstanding resistance to impact.
Coated carbon and stainless steels:
In addition to hardened and quenched steel strip, Paturle Aciers also offers coating capabilities for carbon and stainless steel grades. These coating capabilities range from polyester lacquer type coating to nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). These coated stainless steels are used for a variety of applications such as automotive sealing gaskets as well as compressor gaskets.
